TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking
We require 25% deposit to guarantee date & time at the time of booking.
NO HOLDS
Your remaining balance MUST be paid 48 hours of scheduled event date.
Payment methods are credit card or cash/check must be received within the 48 hours of event.
Business hours are 8am-9pm.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for booking. Trailer subject to availability.
The cost to book the trailer is $295 per hour.

Ring lights and remotes will be provided.
Refund/Cancellation
In case of a cancellation 321 Snap will need a 7 day notice prior to event date. We will make every effort to reschedule for a future date with no penalty. In the event we are given less than 7 day notice of cancellation your deposit will be forfeited.
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE only transferable by the same host.

Holiday Policy
Some holidays will require an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
Food & Drinks
321 Snap does NOT allow any food or drinks in the selfie areas.
Travel Surcharge
A surcharge will be applied to locations more than 10 miles from our base in Macomb to cover fuel cost.
Damage and/or Injury
321 Snap nor any of its employees, agents or contractors shall be be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the host to position the trailer in a specific spot.
321 Snap has the right to charge the client’s credit card for any damages outside or inside the trailer also from any stolen or damaged props such as props, ring lights, remotes etc.
A invoice will be emailed with all charges.
321 Snap is NOT responsible for any injuries due to horse-playing inside or outside of the trailer.
Pictures
321 Snap allows as many pictures to be taken within the time frame scheduled time.
321 Snap employees may take a few pictures during the event to share on our social media platforms. If you don’t want us taking pictures during the party please let our driver know ahead of time.
We encourage everyone to tag us on Facebook & Instagram.
Adult Supervision
321 Snap does require parents or responsible adult supervision to be present inside or outside of the trailer at all times.
Bad Weather
321 Snap is designed for all types of weather conditions. The trailer is insulated and climate controlled with air conditioning & heat. There maybe occasions when the weather doesn’t want to cooperate with your scheduled party in the event of severe weather such as lightning, heavy rain/snow, flooding and very high winds we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of your guests and our employees. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance, please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.
Cleaning
321 Snap will clean and sanitize props, remotes etc. each morning in between each event and at the end of the evening.
Hand sanitizer will be provided for each guest entering the selfie trailer and available during each scene switch.
Parking Truck & Trailer
321 Snap prefers to park & set up in the street for easy access. We may block a driveway. We will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. 321 Snap trailer will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to anyone, property or equipment. Our employees will NEVER disconnect the truck from the trailer at any time.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
